Finance Manager

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is looking for a Finance Manager to join its team in Kalpitiya. The role combines financial management with leadership of the accounting department, with a focus on accuracy, budget control and stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth running of the accounting department, with diligent financial process control and efficiency.
• Develop and implement business strategies, measuring performance accurately and reporting it to support strategic decisions.
• Prepare and own the hotel budget and profit and loss performance, keeping accounting functions controlled, audited and developed.
• Lead and manage the accounting team, fostering growth, development and performance.
• Review business performance, objectives and standard accounting practices and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and prepare documentation for internal and external audits, with follow-up as required.
• Build effective working relationships with key stakeholders.

• Proven experience in accounting with strong problem-solving capabilities.
