Business Operations Analyst, Global (Revenue Operations)

About the role

Ultimo, an Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software company and part of IFS, is looking for a Business Operations Analyst to join its Revenue Operations team. You will work closely with the COO office and senior sales leadership as a trusted advisor, turning complex data into the narratives that guide quarterly forecasts and go-to-market execution. This is a high-visibility, high-ownership role where you own the output and present it to leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Shape executive business reviews by gathering, analysing and packaging data behind QBRs and performance reviews into a clear narrative.
• Build scenario models that help leadership weigh commercial and operational choices.
• Run ad hoc analyses across data sources and tools, including customer segmentation, sales participation, propensity to buy and white space opportunities.
• Own recurring internal and parent-company reporting cycles, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and consistency.
• Contribute to territory design, quota and coverage analysis, and capacity planning.
• Work with Marketing, Finance and Sales to combine their inputs into one reliable view of business performance.

Required profile

• 3+ years in a highly analytical role, in strategy consulting, finance or business operations.
• Excellent written communication, writing executive updates and narratives.
• Ability to build clear, persuasive presentations.
• Comfort with ambiguity, shifting priorities and firm deadlines.
• Nice to have: summarising complex situations in three points, asking why numbers look the way they do, preferring scalable tools and processes, and taking initiative with senior stakeholders.
