Executive - Supply Operations

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Executive – Supply Operations to drive local supply growth and manage third‑party partner operations in Colombo. This hands‑on, field‑based position requires close collaboration with agency leads, performance monitoring, and the ability to turn operational insights into measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand the local supply pipeline through coordination with third‑party partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agency leads and field partners.
• Monitor, evaluate, and drive partner performance against weekly and monthly supply targets.
• Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions to improve output.
• Conduct regular field visits and partner audits to ensure KPI achievement.
• Troubleshoot operational issues, including partner concerns and process inefficiencies.
• Negotiate with partners to achieve business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal Operations and Marketplace teams for seamless end‑to‑end execution.
• Track performance data and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Escalate critical issues and ensure timely resolution.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, operations, field operations, partner management or a related area.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with external partners, vendors, agents or field teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in at least two languages; a third language is a plus.
• Target‑oriented, performance‑driven mindset with strong ownership.
• Willingness to travel frequently for on‑site visits.
• Good analytical and reporting capabilities.
