Delegate Acquisition Manager – Senior & Junior

About the role

We are expanding our sales team and are looking for motivated Delegate Acquisition Managers at both senior and junior levels to drive attendance at our international conferences and events.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire senior‑level delegates (CEOs, Directors, decision‑makers) through telecalling, email and LinkedIn outreach.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with delegates across various industries.
• Research, qualify and approach potential delegates that match event profiles.
• Communicate event value propositions to maximise participation.
• Achieve and exceed monthly delegate sales and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with production and sponsorship teams to align acquisition efforts with event objectives.
• Provide accurate reporting, pipeline forecasting and insights to management.

Required profile

• Senior role: 3–5 years of delegate acquisition, telesales or B2B sales experience.
• Junior role: 1–2 years of telesales or customer‑facing experience.
• Excellent communication, persuasion and relationship‑building abilities.
• Resilient, self‑motivated and able to thrive in a target‑driven environment.
