About the role
We are looking for a motivated Debt Collector to join our team. The role involves visiting customers in Colombo and its suburbs to manage outstanding payments, ensuring timely collection while maintaining professional relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Travel within Colombo and surrounding areas to meet customers as required.
- Engage with clients to discuss and arrange payment of overdue accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities and outcomes.
Required profile
- Fresh graduates or school leavers are encouraged to apply.
- Own a motorbike and hold a valid riding licence.
- Willing and able to travel throughout Colombo and its suburbs.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capable of working independently and managing customer visits.
