Conference Producer – International Events

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Conference Producer to join our Colombo office and help shape world‑class international conferences. You will work closely with senior executives, industry experts and internal teams to design, source speakers and deliver high‑impact events worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and validate conference topics with industry professionals.
• Identify, approach and secure C‑level executives and experts as speakers.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior decision‑makers across global industries.
• Manage the speaker acquisition process from outreach to confirmation.
• Collaborate with production and marketing teams to ensure successful event delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends and propose emerging topics for future conferences.
• Travel internationally to host and manage conferences as required.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in call‑centre, conference production, business development or client‑facing roles.
• Proven experience communicating with senior executives or high‑profile professionals.
• Excellent spoken and written English with strong presentation abilities.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to travel internationally for events.
