E-commerce Operator, Shopify and Meta Ads (Remote)

About the role
Launch and run your own online product brand with funding and infrastructure provided. You will own the Shopify store and Meta Ads strategy to scale a direct‑to‑consumer product in the US, UK and UAE.
Key responsibilities
- Find and validate a winning product in a familiar category.
- Build a high‑converting Shopify store and launch it.
- Run Meta Ads end‑to‑end: creative testing, audience targeting, scaling.
- Own weekly metrics: sales, ad spend, ROAS and margin.
- Grow into hiring and leading a small team.
Required profile
- Built and launched at least one Shopify store from product to first sales.
- Personally ran Meta Ads for e‑commerce with measurable results.
- Track record of testing creatives and scaling winners.
- Excellent written English for US and UK audiences.
- Motivation to co‑own the business you build.
