About the role
We are seeking a friendly and professional Chinese‑speaking Receptionist to join the Front Office team at Radisson Blu Hotel Galadari Colombo. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for Chinese‑speaking guests and will help create memorable first impressions.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm smile and create memorable first impressions.
- Assist guests with check‑in, check‑out and other front‑office procedures.
- Communicate confidently with Chinese‑speaking guests, ensuring they feel comfortable and supported.
- Respond to guest requests and queries with a positive, can‑do attitude.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest journey.
- Support daily front‑office operations and maintain smooth workflow.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a similar front‑office/reception role.
- Fluency in Chinese and English.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
