Chauffeur Experience Manager

About the role

The Chauffeur Experience Manager is responsible for delivering premium ground‑travel experiences for Elyndara’s guests. This senior, on‑site position ensures that every transfer, route, and chauffeur interaction meets the highest standards of safety, comfort, and brand representation.

Key responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and continuously improve service standards for chauffeurs, airport transfers, and journey presentation.
• Lead daily briefings to communicate guest preferences, route considerations, and service sensitivities to drivers.
• Coordinate vehicle readiness, dispatch timing, handovers, and contingency plans with operations teams.
• Monitor field performance, gather feedback, and coach chauffeurs and transport partners to enhance consistency.
• Assess journey‑day risks such as long travel times, weather disruptions, special assistance needs, and guest comfort requirements.
• Contribute to SOPs, quality checks, and the development of premium transport products as the business expands.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury chauffeur services, premium guest logistics, or hospitality mobility management.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to coach standards and hold teams accountable respectfully.
• Practical knowledge of routing, airport handling, journey pacing, and guest comfort expectations.
• Fluent English communication and confident coordination with hotels, drivers, and internal teams.
