Business Development Executive – Men’s Fashion & Retail

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to drive growth in the men’s fashion segment of our e‑commerce platform. Based in Dehiwala, you will identify new opportunities, build partnerships, and support revenue expansion across online and offline retail channels.

Key responsibilities

• Research market trends, competitor activities and emerging fashion brands.
• Generate and qualify leads, develop sales proposals and negotiate partnership agreements.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with suppliers, brands and retail outlets.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and product teams to align development plans.
• Track performance metrics and report on sales pipeline progress.

Required profile

• Proven experience in new‑business development and lead generation, preferably in fashion or e‑commerce.
• Strong understanding of sales planning, market analysis and revenue growth strategies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Experience in account management and long‑term client relationship building.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management or a related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic business software and CRM tools for lead tracking and account management.
