Business Development Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to drive growth of our CCTV, surveillance and security solutions portfolio. You will identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships and guide prospects through the full sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for CCTV, surveillance and security solutions.
• Generate leads through market research, cold calling, networking, referrals and client visits.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, government bodies, system integrators, contractors and consultants.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and product demonstrations.
• Gather customer requirements and collaborate with the technical team to propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and solution presentations, and follow up to close sales.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and emerging opportunities.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts and reports.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales or a similar role.
• Experience in CCTV, ELV, security systems, surveillance or IT solutions is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship‑management skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads and develop new accounts.
• Target‑driven, proactive and results‑oriented.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with technical and sales teams.
• Valid driving licence is an added advantage.
