Barista – Coffee, Tea & Smoothie Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Barista to join our vibrant tea and coffee house. The successful candidate will craft high‑quality coffee, tea, smoothies and juices while delivering friendly service to our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve premium coffee, tea, smoothies, juices and a range of food items such as sandwiches, burgers and pasta.
• Operate, clean and maintain coffee equipment and related machinery.
• Take customer orders, process payments and ensure a welcoming experience.
• Keep the work area tidy, organized and compliant with health and safety standards.

Required profile

• Prior experience as a Barista or in a similar food‑service role is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of coffee, tea, smoothie and juice preparation.
• Familiarity with food preparation and handling procedures.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
