Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead sprint execution and delivery for Mitra. The role combines servant‑leadership with hands‑on coordination of cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality releases and balanced workloads.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and facilitate sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, retrospectives and delivery meetings.
• Coach the team, resolve conflicts and remove operational blockers.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to prioritise the backlog, maintain Definition of Ready and Definition of Done, and manage change requests.
• Analyse burn‑down charts, monitor task slippage and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate time‑logs, billing sheets and provide regular updates to finance and leadership.
• Educate the team on product vision, roadmap and ensure alignment with release goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computing, IT or Business Management.
• 2–5 years of experience as an Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master.
• Professional certification such as PMP or CSM preferred.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders.
