About the role
We are looking for a Customer Associate to join our retail sales team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for shoppers, helping them find the right products and ensuring a smooth checkout experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the ERP system.
- Handle cash and card payments, providing correct change.
- Maintain clean, organized shelves, displays, and checkout areas.
- Assist customers with product selection and answer inquiries.
- Provide accurate product information and support customer needs.
- Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and service standards.
Required profile
- Passed G.C.E. A/L.
- Partly or fully qualified in Sales & Marketing from a reputable institution.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Customer‑focused and team‑oriented mindset.
