About the role
IFS is looking for an undergraduate trainee in Talent Acquisition in Colombo to perform administrative tasks and support the Talent Acquisition team's daily activities. The role covers recruitment administration and supporting HR life-cycle activities, and is offered as a full-time 6-month internship.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
- Update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Prepare Talent Acquisition-related reports as needed
- Help organize company events and careers days
- Create attractive flyers and presentations following IFS branding guidelines
Required profile
- Undergraduate student in Business Management, Human Resources Management or an equivalent discipline
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Availability for a full-time 6-month internship
