About the role
We are seeking a responsible and experienced Transport Fleet Supervisor to manage and coordinate our growing fleet operations in Colombo. The role involves overseeing vehicle scheduling, maintenance coordination, and driver supervision for daily transport activities.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily operation of company vehicles and drivers.
- Plan and assign routes efficiently.
- Monitor fuel usage and vehicle performance.
- Coordinate regular maintenance and servicing.
- Ensure compliance with transport safety rules.
- Maintain logs, reports, and fleet records.
- Handle breakdowns and emergency support coordination.
Required profile
- Experience in fleet management or transport coordination (preferred).
- Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance basics.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle schedules.
- Valid driving licence.
Required skills
- Basic computer skills, particularly Excel.
