Operations Manager

About the role

The Operations Manager will lead day‑to‑day activities for Leemo’s rideshare and emerging services in Sri Lanka, ensuring high service quality and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee rideshare operations, driver and delivery‑partner onboarding, and merchant onboarding across Colombo and other cities.
• Monitor marketplace performance metrics such as supply‑demand balance, acceptance rates, cancellations, and customer experience.
• Identify operational issues, develop practical solutions, and maintain SOPs and performance standards.
• Coordinate with marketing, customer support, product, and engineering teams to drive growth and platform improvements.
• Manage regulatory, safety, and compliance requirements and support expansion into new services and locations.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of operations experience in a consumer‑technology, rideshare, delivery or logistics marketplace.
• Proven leadership skills with experience building and managing operational teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering or related field.
