Supervising Associate - Project Management (Assistant Manager Level)

About the role

EY Strategy Execution & Operations (SE&O) is looking for a Supervising Associate (Assistant Manager level) to lead project management for the Executive Insights Command Centre initiatives in the USLI region. The role drives operational discipline, stakeholder engagement, reporting governance and leadership enablement so that executive insights and business priorities are delivered on time. It suits a proactive, commercially astute person who co-owns delivery of priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Business Line Leader to execute segment strategy and track progress of strategy execution projects
• Translate strategic priorities and reporting requirements into workplans and deliverables
• Set up governance frameworks, operating cadences, RACI matrices, project plans, trackers, risk and issue logs and action registers
• Monitor milestones, dependencies, risks, scope changes and mitigations across workstreams
• Coordinate delivery across Markets, Service Lines, Global Analytics, Operations and reporting teams
• Prepare board packs, pursuit reviews and external engagement materials, and manage board meetings and internal correspondence
• Monitor business KPIs, reporting service levels and operational performance, and set reporting standards and baselines with stakeholders
• Identify and implement operational improvements, standardization and automation opportunities
• Act as a central coordination point between business users, analytics teams and Power BI developers, and communicate progress, risks and recommendations to senior stakeholders

Required profile

• 12+ years of work experience
• Master's or bachelor's degree with relevant experience
• Relevant experience in project or program management, business operations, strategy execution, executive reporting or leadership enablement at a Supervising Associate level
• Preferred: experience in EY, a Big 4 firm, professional services or a comparable global matrix environment
• Preferred: exposure to Markets reporting, performance management, governance and stakeholder-facing delivery
