Showroom Executive

About the role

Eco Solve is seeking a Showroom Executive to join its Kurunegala showroom. The role is full‑time and focuses on delivering product information, assisting customers, and supporting sales of LED lighting solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist showroom visitors, providing detailed information on LED commercial lighting products.
• Maintain the showroom display area, ensuring products are presented attractively and stocked appropriately.
• Manage inventory records, update stock levels, and coordinate with the warehouse team.
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and build lasting relationships.
• Support sales activities by preparing quotations, following up leads, and achieving sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and technical support, to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Previous sales or showroom experience, preferably in retail or lighting.
• Organizational skills for inventory and display management.
• Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic computer applications.
• Familiarity with CRM tools.
