Senior Marketing Strategist

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Senior Marketing Strategist to build the marketing function from the ground up for a fast‑growing AI security startup. This player‑coach role blends strategic planning with direct execution to drive brand awareness and qualified sales pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a repeatable, growth‑aligned marketing strategy while assessing current gaps and prioritising high‑value opportunities.
• Own positioning, messaging and brand architecture for complex AI and cybersecurity products targeting the U.S. enterprise market.
• Create and manage inbound, content, email, outbound and lifecycle marketing programs from scratch.
• Evaluate and optimise the website and conversion funnels, implementing CRO improvements.
• Establish marketing KPIs, dashboards and measurement frameworks, translating data into strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• Mid‑to‑senior marketing experience building functions or major programs in early‑stage, fast‑paced startups.
• Proven track record marketing complex B2B technology (AI, cybersecurity, SaaS) to U.S. enterprise customers.
• Player‑coach mindset with high autonomy, comfortable navigating ambiguity and executing without a dedicated team.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication in English, especially simplifying technical topics for business buyers.
