English Script Writer

About the role

Acetle is seeking a full‑time English Script Writer to create engaging scripts for digital marketing campaigns, video content, ads, and social media assets. The role is based on‑site in Colombo and works closely with creative, video production, and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop clear, compelling storylines and dialogue for a variety of digital formats.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure scripts align with visual, audio, and timing requirements.
• Adapt scripts for different platforms and formats, maintaining brand voice and marketing objectives.
• Revise drafts based on stakeholder feedback and conduct research for accuracy and relevance.

Required profile

• Strong scriptwriting ability with a portfolio of relevant work.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Film, Media, Creative Writing, or related field (preferred).
• Ability to work on‑site in Colombo and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and social media trends.
