Senior Integration Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Integration Engineer to design, implement and manage security data integrations across our environment. The role works closely with project managers and various skill groups to translate business use‑cases into robust Splunk and Azure Security Centre solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and document best‑practice techniques, processes, templates and architecture diagrams for the broader team.
• Administer and manage technologies such as Splunk SIEM, rsyslog forwarders and HTTP Event Collector (HEC) data feeds.
• Create custom parsers, dashboards and reports to deliver actionable security insights.
• Educate stakeholders on log structure, ingestion, parser validation and use‑case creation.
• Design, configure, integrate and deploy open‑source and commercial monitoring tools to enhance security posture.
• Provide guidance on automated discovery, remediation and alerting workflows.
• Write, review and maintain knowledge‑base articles.

Required profile

• At least five years of security operational management experience, including a minimum of two years with Splunk SIEM.
• Splunk Admin and Splunk Cloud Admin certifications, plus completion of Splunk System Admin and Data Admin courses.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• University degree and at least two cybersecurity certifications preferred.
