Advanced Specialist, Project Management

About the role

We are looking for an Advanced Specialist in Project Management to lead agile software product development. You will work with cross‑functional teams, ensuring roadmap commitments are met while fostering a high‑performing, collaborative culture.

Key responsibilities

• Drive software product development using Scrum and/or Kanban.
• Plan, track, and guarantee delivery against milestones with top‑level quality.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to all stakeholders.
• Provide timely project metrics, reports, and updates.
• Train, coach, and evangelize Agile mindsets, frameworks, and practices.
• Promote continuous improvement of Agile best practices.
• Facilitate requirement analysis and grooming for feature enhancements.
• Coordinate with multiple dependent teams across locations and time zones.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computing, IT, or Management.
• 6+ years in software development projects (Dev or QA) with at least 3 years as a Project Manager or Scrum Master.
• Strong ability to foster positive, creative Agile teams.
• Excellent communication, conflict‑resolution, and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
