Senior Account Coordinator - Client Excellence

About the role

EY's Global Delivery Services (GDS) Client Excellence team is hiring a Senior Account Coordinator (Senior Associate, rank 65) in Colombo. The role supports the Account Manager and Account Leadership team, and the Global Client Serving Partner and Global Client Executive, developing and managing activities on designated priority accounts. It provides high-quality support to account teams on go-to-market activities and builds networks across account leadership and GDS.

Key responsibilities

• Own account reporting and ensure stakeholders understand the data, and lead account planning with regular reviews against milestones and targets
• Share business analysis, research, competitive intelligence and firm thought leadership with account teams
• Work with onshore teams and business services to scope new support needs, build processes and move work onto the remote GDS support platform
• Support complex account and business development needs, including go-to-market research, pitch development and revenue-driving marketing initiatives
• Coordinate regional account team meetings, share account and sector content, and act as a two-way link between service lines, accounts and market segments
• Manage projects, review deliverables and embed client service principles of being connected, responsive and insightful
• Facilitate knowledge sharing

Required profile

• Graduate with 4-8 years of experience in account management, data reporting and analysis
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to use qualitative and quantitative research methods, including financial analysis, to turn data into insights
• Ideally: experience in a fast-moving, client-driven environment and exposure to tools such as Tableau or Power BI
