About the role
Axentra Digital is a dynamic B2B data‑driven digital marketing agency specializing in solutions for the SaaS and ERP sectors. We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team and drive outbound sales efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Engage in B2B outbound cold calling.
- Maintain constant communication with clients through calls and email marketing.
- Build and nurture client relationships.
- Coordinate pre‑sales activities, including appointment setting and sales support.
Required profile
- Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
- Previous BPO or call‑center experience in sales (preferred).
- Strong analytical abilities.
- Comfortable handling rejections and objections during cold calls.
- Goal‑oriented, self‑driven, and consistent performer.

- Competitive salary and commission structure with earning potential of LKR 120,000 – LKR 300,000 (payments in USD).
