Sales Associate

About the role

HR360 is seeking a full‑time Sales Associate to join its hybrid team in Battaramulla. You will drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and showcasing our unified HR platform to prospective clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify potential B2B customers, focusing on SaaS HR and payroll solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations that highlight attendance, payroll, and employee management features.
• Manage the sales pipeline, prepare proposals, and follow up on opportunities.
• Support contract closure in coordination with internal teams.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing ongoing platform support.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and relay client feedback to product and marketing teams.
• Contribute to revenue and growth targets while ensuring smooth onboarding for new accounts.

Required profile

• Proven ability in prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline management, preferably in SaaS or HR/payroll solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to translate technical features into business value.
• Experience in B2B sales, relationship building, and basic account management.
• Comfortable working both onsite in Battaramulla and remotely with minimal supervision.
• Proactive, results‑oriented mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to ethical, inclusive customer engagement.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
