Quality Manager

About the role

LUMALA, a leading bicycle manufacturer, is expanding rapidly and seeks a proactive Quality Manager to uphold and enhance its quality standards across production and supply chains.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve quality management systems.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Lead internal and external audits and inspections.
• Handle non‑conformities and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage supplier and customer quality performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 3–7+ years of experience in quality assurance/control, including audits, regulatory compliance, supplier quality and process improvement.
• Professional certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or ISO 9001 QMS certification are highly valued.
