Quality Control Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Control Supervisor to lead product quality initiatives across our production lines. The role ensures compliance with company standards, drives continuous improvement, and supports teams in maintaining high‑quality outputs. You will act as the primary point of contact for quality matters and help embed a culture of excellence throughout the manufacturing process.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor product quality at each stage of the production process.
• Maintain accurate quality records and ensure all compliance documentation is up‑to‑date.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality‑related issues.
• Support the implementation of quality improvement projects and best‑practice procedures.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on quality standards and procedures.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Food Science, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Previous experience in quality control or production supervision.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and team‑management skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of quality assurance procedures and documentation.
