About the role
We are seeking a Production Executive – Brewing to lead brewing and processing operations, ensuring high standards of quality, safety and productivity.
Key responsibilities
- Execute brewing and processing operations using Batch Oriented Technology (BOTEC) software.
- Supervise shift staff and track production output.
- Coordinate with Packaging and Engineering to deliver bright beer according to LBCPLC Quality & Food Safety specifications.
- Manage the computerized production system from raw material intake to finished product, meeting quality and productivity targets.
Required profile
- BSc degree in Science, Engineering, or Food Science.
- At least two years of experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry.
- Ability to work on a shift/roster basis.
- Analytical mindset, problem‑solving ability and strong communication skills.
Required skills
- Batch Oriented Technology (BOTEC) software.
- Knowledge of ISO quality systems, HACCP and food safety management tools.
