About the role

We are looking for a Process Associate Trainee to join our BPO team in Kohuwala. The role involves handling US‑based night shift operations and providing excellent customer service.

Required profile

Passed GCE O/L English with a grade C or higher (or equivalent qualification)
Minimum 6 months of work experience in a similar capacity
Ability to work night shifts aligned with US timings
Residence within 15 km of Colombo
