About the role
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Process Associate Trainees, supporting our BPO operations during US night shifts.
Required profile
- Passed GCE O/L's with a C or higher grade for English, or an equivalent qualification
- Minimum 6 months of work experience in a similar capacity
- Ability to work night shifts aligned with US timings
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Residence within 15 km of Colombo
