About the role

Join the Issuer Services Execution team to deliver high‑quality client experiences across events, platforms and digital workflows. You will work on the UK shift from Colombo, supporting global business operations in a hybrid model.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming client queries via shared inboxes, email and live channels, ensuring clear and timely responses.
• Collaborate with technology teams to investigate issues, keep clients informed and deliver solutions.
• Deliver end‑to‑end client events, from setup through live execution and follow‑up.
• Maintain platform content using tools such as Salesforce and client portals.
• Support onboarding activities, including account setup, access and permissions.
• Prepare regular reports on client engagement and platform performance.

Required profile

• A degree in Business Management, International Business or a related field.
• At least one year of experience in operations, client support or digital platforms.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage professionally with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational abilities and capacity to manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
