Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

The Performance Marketing Manager will lead the paid digital acquisition strategy for a fast‑growing digital platform, overseeing campaign execution, budget management and performance optimisation to meet CAC, ROAS and growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and other digital platforms.
• Manage campaign budgets, allocation, pacing and spend efficiency.
• Develop audience targeting, bidding strategies and campaign structures.
• Monitor and report on CAC, ROAS, conversion rates and acquisition KPIs.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences and landing pages.
• Manage tracking, attribution and conversion measurement using GA4, UTM and other tracking tools.
• Prepare performance reports, dashboards and actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Oversee affiliate and partner acquisition channels, monitoring performance and commissions.
• Collaborate with CRM, Creative, Product teams and external agencies to align campaigns with growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on performance/digital marketing experience managing advertising budgets.
• Proven experience scaling Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience in GA4 reporting and dashboard creation.
• Practical knowledge of CRO, landing‑page testing and conversion tracking.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional communication abilities.
• Affiliate marketing experience in iGaming, fintech, betting or lottery is a plus.
