Global Website Strategist - Digital Marketing

About the role

IFS is looking for a Global Website Strategist to support the day-to-day management, optimization and continuous improvement of IFS websites. The role combines hands-on website content editing and publishing with conversion rate optimization, personalization and performance-led improvement. It sits within Global Digital Marketing and works closely with Website Operations, Web Delivery, Content Strategy, SEO, AEO, Paid Media and Marketing Intelligence colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Build, edit and publish website content using Sitecore and other platforms, ensuring brand, accessibility, governance and SEO standards
• Manage content updates, maintenance and publishing requests, and support content workflows and SLAs with Website Operations and content partners
• Support website personalization initiatives, CRO programmes, experimentation and A/B testing, and build personalized content variants
• Monitor optimization activity and recommend improvements based on user behaviour and performance data
• Collect, review and interpret monthly website and digital performance metrics, maintain Digital KPIs and produce monthly performance commentary for the Global Marketing Team tracker
• Collaborate with SEO, Content, Paid Media and Campaign teams to improve conversion performance and user journeys
• Support quarterly business reviews and escalate performance risks or data quality concerns

Required profile

• 3+ years' experience in website content management, digital marketing, website operations or a related digital role
• Detail-oriented, data-curious and able to turn performance insight into clear recommendations
• Comfortable in a fast-paced digital environment and cross-functional collaboration
• Curious about AI and practical ways to improve website operations, optimization and reporting
