Marketing Manager

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group, one of the world's largest hotel groups with ten brands and more than 1,500 hotels, is looking for a Marketing Manager in Kalpitiya. The role brings strategic vision and a results-driven approach to the marketing team, driving a distinctive presence for Radisson in the hospitality landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with business objectives and brand guidelines.
• Oversee digital efforts (website, social media, email, online ads) to boost visibility and engagement.
• Lead creative campaigns, promotions and events to attract guests and grow revenue.
• Collaborate with Sales on targeted initiatives.
• Conduct market research and monitor marketing metrics to optimise campaigns.
• Manage loyalty programmes and guest engagement.
• Cultivate media, influencer and partner relationships.

Required profile

• Proven success in executing marketing strategies and in digital marketing, social media management and content creation.
• Strong analytical skills for data analysis and excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Results-focused, with demonstrated leadership of marketing teams and collaboration across departments.
