Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

Talent Studio is seeking a data‑driven Performance Marketing Manager to own paid customer acquisition and translate campaign performance into measurable business growth. The role will develop and execute paid media strategies, manage budgets, analyse results and continuously optimise campaigns to improve CAC, ROAS and conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and other digital platforms.
• Manage advertising budgets, pacing, bidding strategies and audience targeting.
• Monitor and improve CAC, ROAS, conversion rates and other acquisition KPIs.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, campaigns and landing pages.
• Maintain GA4, UTM tracking, conversion tracking, dashboards and performance reporting.
• Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.
• Manage and optimise affiliate and partner acquisition channels.
• Collaborate with CRM, Creative, Product and external agency teams.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of performance or digital marketing experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to independently manage campaigns from planning through execution and reporting.
