Partnerships and Hotel Contracting Manager

About the role

The Partnerships and Hotel Contracting Manager will expand and maintain Elyndara’s network of luxury hotels, villas, wellness retreats, transport providers and specialist experience partners. This senior role blends relationship building with commercial discipline to ensure the brand’s premium product offering remains high‑quality and profitable.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and onboard luxury accommodation and experience partners that align with Elyndara’s brand standards.
• Lead commercial negotiations covering rates, value‑adds, payment terms, release periods and partnership structures.
• Maintain accurate contracting records, partner notes and renewal calendars.
• Collaborate with travel design and operations teams to monitor product performance, resolve partner issues and uncover new opportunities.
• Support destination visits, partner meetings and product reviews to sharpen market positioning.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel contracting, partnerships, supplier management or luxury travel product roles.
• Proven negotiation capability combined with long‑term relationship management.
• Strong understanding of rate structures, contracting mechanics and operational implications in hospitality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple partner relationships and commercial follow‑ups simultaneously.
