Manager - Human Resources

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead the Human Resources function at LOLC Finance PLC. The role combines strategic business partnering, industrial relations, and talent management to support the organization’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to develop people strategies aligned with organisational goals.
• Manage and strengthen employee and industrial relations across the company.
• Lead talent acquisition activities in line with approved cadre requirements.
• Drive succession planning initiatives to build a sustainable talent pipeline.
• Lead projects related to resource optimisation and organisational effectiveness.
• Represent the organisation at labour tribunals, domestic inquiries and audits.
• Undertake branch visits as required to support business operations and people initiatives.
• Mentor and develop the HR team to ensure high performance and engagement.

Required profile

• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
• Proven track record in Human Resource Management.
• Minimum 10 years of hands‑on HR experience with strong exposure to business partnering and industrial relations.
• At least 2 years of experience leading and managing teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under tight timelines.
• Prior experience in the financial services industry is a distinct advantage.
• Ability to converse in Tamil is an added advantage.
