Required profile

• Full or part qualification in Human Resource Management from a recognized university, CIPM, or a reputable institute.
• Demonstrated commitment to building a long‑term career with the organization and a strong interest in continuous growth.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn, develop new skills, and take on professional challenges.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a collaborative team.
• Previous experience in end‑to‑end recruitment processes is considered a distinct advantage.
