About the role

CINEC International Hotel School is seeking a qualified Lecturer in Pastry and Bakery to join its culinary faculty. The successful candidate will deliver both theoretical lectures and hands‑on demonstrations, fostering a dynamic learning environment for aspiring hospitality professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lectures, practical demonstrations, and lead classroom discussions on pastry and bakery topics.
• Design, update, and maintain syllabus, lesson plans, assignments, and academic records.
• Stay informed about current trends and developments in the patisserie and bakery industry.
• Guide students in mastering patisserie techniques and provide constructive feedback.
• Assess student performance and maintain accurate grading records.
• Assist with administrative duties, manage kitchen resources, and promote a positive learning atmosphere.

Required profile

• Diploma in Pastry and Bakery from a recognised institute.
• Successful completion of NVQ Level 4 in Pastry and Bakery.
• Strong communication and teaching abilities.
• Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience in pastry or bakery operations.
