About the role

The Lead, Engineering Talent & Learning is responsible for designing, developing and delivering technically rigorous learning solutions that accelerate engineering capability and time‑to‑productivity. This individual‑contributor role sits at the intersection of engineering practice, learning design and modern developer tooling, requiring strong engineering credibility.

Key responsibilities

• Research, design and deliver learning solutions aligned with business needs and engineering objectives.
• Translate complex technical concepts into engaging, hands‑on labs, coached practice and blended pathways.
• Partner with engineering leaders, SMEs and stakeholders to ensure content reflects real engineering environments and current tech stacks.
• Stay current with cloud platforms, developer tooling, modern programming practices and AI‑enabled development, continuously refreshing content.
• Apply performance consulting to diagnose capability gaps and define measurable success signals.
• Leverage AI and automation to streamline learning design, delivery and operations.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in Learning & Development, Engineering Enablement or Technical Training within engineering‑led environments.
• Proven ability to partner with engineering leaders and SMEs to build realistic, modern learning experiences.
• Experience supporting early‑career talent or large‑scale onboarding programmes.
• Hands‑on engineering experience is an advantage.
