Growth Manager / Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Growth Manager / Performance Marketing Manager to lead the paid acquisition strategy for a fast‑growing digital platform. The role will own end‑to‑end campaign planning, execution and optimisation across Google Ads, Meta Ads and affiliate channels, driving customer acquisition while meeting CAC and ROAS targets.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads and other digital platforms.
• Manage campaign budgets, pacing and spend efficiency to achieve cost‑per‑acquisition goals.
• Develop audience targeting, bidding strategies and campaign structures.
• Monitor and report on CAC, ROAS, conversion rates and other acquisition KPIs.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences and landing pages.
• Set up and maintain tracking, attribution and conversion measurement using GA4, UTM parameters and other tools.
• Prepare performance dashboards and actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
• Oversee affiliate and partner acquisition programmes, tracking performance and commissions.
• Collaborate with CRM, creative, product teams and external agencies to align growth initiatives.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of hands‑on performance or digital marketing experience.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale Google Ads and Meta Ads budgets.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in GA4 reporting and dashboard creation.
• Experience in CRO, landing‑page testing and conversion tracking.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional communication skills.
• Experience in affiliate marketing, especially in iGaming, fintech, betting or lottery, is a plus.
