Executive, Talent Acquisition & People Operations

About the role

Villvay is seeking an Executive to lead Talent Acquisition and People Operations. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment journey, from posting jobs to onboarding new hires, while ensuring smooth daily HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Post approved openings on the company website and external job platforms.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate data.
• Provide a professional, positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Create and post employer‑branding content on job boards and social media.
• Represent Villvay at career fairs, university events, and talent‑acquisition activities.
• Support onboarding by preparing documentation, equipment, and system access for new joiners.
• Collect feedback from candidates and new hires to continuously improve processes.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑hire and source of hire, and generate regular reports.
