Join Career141 – Executive Search as an Intern / Trainee Executive Search Associate and gain hands‑on experience in executive talent sourcing, market mapping, and candidate engagement across multiple industries and geographies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct proactive headhunting and talent sourcing for assigned senior‑level roles.
• Identify passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, and databases.
• Build and maintain talent maps and pipelines for current and future mandates.
• Research target companies, competitors, and organisational structures to create candidate lists.
• Engage candidates via LinkedIn, email, and phone, presenting relevant opportunities.
• Translate job descriptions into effective Boolean search strategies and screen candidates against criteria.
• Collaborate with the search team to meet daily/weekly sourcing KPIs and keep activity reports up to date.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management, Marketing, Psychology, Commerce or related field.
• 0–3 years of experience or fresh graduate with strong communication, research, and networking abilities.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote or hybrid setup.

Required skills

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience with ATS/CRM platforms or recruitment technology.
• Ability to craft Boolean search strings.
