About the role
Fresh Harvest, a seafood‑focused e‑commerce venture, is looking for an intern to support order processing, preparation, and settlement across multiple sales channels including walk‑in, online dashboard, Uber and PickMe. You will gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑moving retail and restaurant environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in receiving and verifying orders from walk‑in customers, the e‑commerce dashboard, Uber and PickMe, ensuring item availability and correct pricing.
- Support order entry into the POS system, prepare and bag items, and perform quality checks before dispatch.
- Help with invoice printing, attaching payment slips, and filing documents in the POS drawer.
- Monitor order volumes, flag low‑stock items, and update stock/POS records after replenishment.
- Assist the finance/retail team with reporting of online transfer settlements.
