About the role

LOLC Motors is seeking a confident, customer‑focused Customer Care Officer to join the team at the Gothatuwa Motor Workshop. The role involves delivering excellent service, handling customer inquiries, and supporting the workshop’s operations.

Required profile

At least 1 year of call centre experience (preferred)
Fluency in English, Sinhala and Tamil
Basic IT skills
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
