Cook and English‑Speaking Waiter – Full‑time in Sigiriya

About the role

We are expanding our restaurant in Sigiriya and are looking for two dedicated team members: an experienced cook who can prepare authentic Sri Lankan dishes and an English‑speaking waiter, open to fresh graduates with training provided. Both positions are full‑time and permanent.

Key responsibilities

• Cook: Prepare traditional Sri Lankan cuisine consistently and to high quality standards.
• Waiter: Serve guests professionally, communicate in English, and create a welcoming dining experience.
• Maintain hygiene and food‑safety standards at all times.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to deliver excellent service.

Required profile

• Cook: Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in Sri Lankan or South Asian cuisine.
• Waiter: Good English communication skills; freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
• Passion for food, service, and Sri Lankan culture.
