Business Development Executive

About the role

Codimite is leveraging AI technologies to reshape software development. As a Business Development Executive you will drive growth by identifying international opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and supporting the full sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Research and qualify potential clients and markets across international territories.
• Deliver engaging presentations of the company and its AI‑enhanced solutions to overseas prospects.
• Coordinate discovery calls, meetings and follow‑up discussions, and prepare tailored proposals.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline, CRM records and activity reports while tracking key metrics.
• Collaborate with technical, delivery and marketing teams to craft customized solutions and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities and market developments to uncover new growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, customer success or a client‑facing role; freshers are welcome.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with confidence presenting to global corporate clients.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Google Meet).
