Brand Content Executive

About the role

BetSS.com, Sri Lanka's leading iGaming platform, is seeking a Brand Content Executive to design, generate and execute content end‑to‑end. This hands‑on role blends graphic design, video editing, AI‑driven content creation and digital marketing execution, offering a clear path toward a Junior Brand Manager position.

Key responsibilities

• Design graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns and marketing materials.
• Edit and produce video assets for ads, brand campaigns and short‑form/mobile formats.
• Create motion graphics and support on‑site or mobile shoots as needed.
• Generate day‑to‑day creative and marketing content using AI tools (images, short‑form video, motion assets, first‑draft copy).
• Develop and iterate prompts across AI platforms such as Midjourney, Firefly, Veo, Runway, Kling, ChatGPT/Claude.
• Apply AI‑generated assets across social, campaign, sponsorship and performance channels while ensuring brand compliance.
• Manage content scheduling, publishing and community engagement on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and Telegram.
• Draft captions, campaign copy and community responses in English and Sinhala.
• Support paid social campaigns on Meta, Google and TikTok, handling audience targeting, ad trafficking and budget pacing.
• Track performance using UTM parameters and core metrics (CPA, CTR, Cost Per Registration, FTDs, engagement rate).
• Assist in translating brand strategy into content calendars, campaign trackers and reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design, video editing, digital marketing or a related role (agency or in‑house).
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Hands‑on experience with AI content generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, Veo, Runway, Kling, ChatGPT/Claude).
• Ability to create and edit video content for digital channels.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and paid‑media workflows.
• Fluent in English; ability to produce copy in Sinhala is a plus.
