About the role
The Associate – Operations will support WNS Global Services’ operational teams with a focus on compliance and anti‑money‑laundering (AML) activities. Working within a global Business Process Management environment, the role contributes to delivering high‑quality services to clients across multiple industry verticals.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring and enforcing compliance policies and AML procedures.
- Support daily operational tasks and process execution within the BPM framework.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and resolve compliance‑related issues.
- Prepare and maintain documentation required for regulatory reporting.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn regulatory standards.
